George Lagonia and his team built a complex house for us on budget and on time. During the course of construction, there were multiple occasions where George identified efficiencies and design improvements to the houseplans which increased the usable square footage of living space and storage space without unnecessarily expanding the overall footprint. The construction site was consistently managed in a clean and safe manner and material waste was minimal. Coordination with subcontractors was timely, smooth and effective. Our house plans included a number of unusual and challenging features which George and his team incorporated professionally. His team’s attention to detail was notable and we still get comments from visitors and guests on the quality of the finishing work. We built or renovated several other houses prior to this one; without question this was our best experience; it was a true pleasure to work with George and his team.
